I can't service those who need an office to go to, as I am a 100% mobile notary. However, my mailing address is actually at a rental mailbox store which usually has notary services available.
The most common form of ID, the California Driver's License, suffices as identification. A United States Passport is also acceptable. For individuals being held in a local detention facility, an inmate identification card or wristband issued by a sheriff's department is acceptable.
If you have a different form of ID, it must have your photograph, a description of you, your signature, and an identifying number.
